I commented on the other two complaints that are already here but thought this deserves its own complaint. I ordered two items from this "company" on 12/28/09. Yesterday, 1/25/10, I had not received the items. In this time, I had emailed them through the Contact Us option on their website, and never received a reply. The first was a question about my order, in particular, if I could change something, as it had only been a day or two and had not shipped yet.
