To start with we didn't want the next day delivery. We told them that we would wait over a week so it could be installed early. The salesman said no problem. When the day arriveswe are told that they will be there between 3 and 6 pm. When I asked what happened to the early delivery I was promissed. The only response was we set the schedule the night before. So basically I was lied to by my salesman. Next they do get there at 5:50 pm. Thank god the installer had half a brain.
