I ordered 4 items, all supposedly in stock, on December 16, and paid extra for rush shipping. To date I've received only two items. I've called and emailed the company - response has been pathetic. First they couldn't give me a ship date, then they couoldn't give me tracking numbers. They just sent an email saying one items has been shipped on December 30 - two weeks after I ordered it!
