I purchased two pairs of Cathy Jean shoes online because there isn't a store near my house. I had heard good things about the price and comfort of the shoes and so was excited about receiving them. In fact, I ordered them about a month before an important business trip. The entire experience though was completely awful. It took forever for the shoes to arrive (well after my trip), and Cathy Jean did not provide a tracking number nor were they able to tell me when they would arrive.
