I visited you Bettendorf, Ia. restaurant last evening and the service was very poor. The waiter was very unprofessional in appearance and actions.(Kaden) Another waitress brought our food to us and just set it down and turned away never saying a word. We didn't have any napkins or table service, when she was in reach I asked her for them and she went and got the napkins and said I'll have to get the table service and it was a while before she came back. When she returned she just laid it on the table and walked away. The waiter never came back for any refills or nothing, except to bring the bill. Very poor service in my book. read full review »
