Be very careful to watch what is going on with your order. I tried placing an order online on Jan 18th but the order would not go through. I called immediately on the toll free number and placed an order. I received an email confirmation of my order and was expecting to receive it. I learnt that my order was cancelled and another order was sent in its place without all the things i requested, i wanted the upgrade, the extra recipe books and the 6 years warranty.
