I used to work for wal-mart up until August of 2009. I was fired because of having 27 minutes of over-time. They called it insubordination. My store manager was racist and we heard her making fun of other associates. I was treated unfairly. They were writing people up for being five minutes over when other people had hours of overtime and nothing was done to them.
