In early January I ordered a CD that was supposed to help me begin researching grants for women to start small businesses... The fee was said to be $1.98 for S&H. That's it... No mention of any other enrollment. Believe me I had been to several previous sites that did do an enrollment and I am aware enough to read the fine print to make sure of what I may be charged.
