Through a newspaper ad I sent for a tooth whitening product and paid the postage with a debit card. I did not notify the company timely so received a shipment of the product at a later date. When my bank statement arrived I found I was charged twice within 12 days for charges of $58.76 each time and additional charges for what I was told were affiliates for 7.14 and 3.24.
