First I have NEVER, not once been able to speak to anyone over the phone. And you must give out ALL your personal information, SS#-DL#-Bank info-Credit/ Debit info, not just to begin the service but even just to pay a bill. I have been checking and the company has a very high incidence of credit/debit card fraud. It is just NOT worth it. read full review »
