We had a promise to replace or fix my daughters brand new itouch, it was sent back unreplaced/and or unrepaired because the techinican forgot to put the special coding in the proper place. Spoke with a production specialist and he promised to call on Monday to rectify the issue. Now, he will not return my calls. He is forgetting the promise that was made. This is really horrible business for a company that supposedly produces excellent products.
