They are just fine if you don't need any follow up. They sent me the wrong part (one digit off) and I have been playing email/phone tag for a week trying to find out how to exchange the part THEY shipped in error for the part I ordered. For some reason they don't want to give me instructions via email to exchange for the right part and insist that I call them, which I have done probably a dozen times so far and they NEVER answer the phone.
