My horrible experience with Chase is exactly as I just read from Richard P. Even down to the conversations an notice of "agrred terms" after the fact. My payment raised from $380 to $950 per month with a new $10 monthly service fee! My credit is exceptional to date with no late pays. Chase is forcing me to ruin my credit standing. They tell me my alternative is to accept to raise my rate from 4.99% fixed to 7.99%.
