This month (January) I went online to make my house payment as we always do. To my surprise, they had added over $500 per month to my house payment, and I could not make my payment without paying that as well. It took me 9 days of being on the phone for a minimum of 4 hour per day to even find out what was going on. They had force placed Hazard Insurance on my home and added to our Escrow. $3500 for a policy that only covers the dwelling. My insurance premium for the year is just over $500.
