Before vacating, I cleaned every part of the unit before leaving. this is something I do for every rental I have ever had, and have not once lost a security deposit, or have had any funds deducted. After many discussions with employees of Eberly, who assured me the unit was fine. then I get a returned check, with carpet cleaning deducted as well as other items not even worth mentioning.
