Based on Consumer Report article went to the website for a trial size. Paid $4.98 for the product. Cover of the website says nothing about subscriptions or example of monthly cost. Received a phone call confirming the trial offer, but no question as to whether I had received the package or tried it. Also, no mention of an additional charge if not canceled within the trial period and no mention of an automatic subscription with a monthly charge.
