Signed up for Antivirus 360 because I could not get it off my screen - it froze up everything. I ordered Antivirus 360 because I thought it would help. It not only DID NOT HELP, I tried to get a refund and never got a response back. Meanwhile they took the $49.50 plus .50 International Service Fee out of my account and can't get it back.
