I purchased an incline trainer which has never worked. I get no satisfaction from Icon which is the actual company. I get transferred from one number to another when I call customer service and the people are rude. I am stuck with a #1500.00 waste of time. In addition, they are now adding unauthorized charges on my credit card when I have had no further dealings with them. read full review »
