I bought an Element 40" TV (model#40LE45Q) from Sears on black friday after Thankgiving 2009. Its January 27 2010 and the screen wont turn on. I called the Element customer help # and I get a recording to leave a message and we'll get back to you. It also says not to leave more than 1 message in 24 hours. To me this sounds like a blow off. I bought this on a whim because of the sale price that would end in an hour. What amistake !!! I wish I had an opportunity to read these awful reveiws prior to my purchase. read full review »
