I purchased Kyomaro girdle/body shapers for 79.95 and when attempting to refund received only 39.95 back. I was told that the shipping and processing fees (40.00) were nonrefundable and then the customer service rep proceeded to play back a portion of the conversation that was recorded when I purchased the product.
