After calling before my appointment about 10 times to confirm, I go in and wait about an hour. They mess-up my paperwork and are completely lost about the insurance process. The staff runs around in utter chaos, the facility was dirty, and everyone was rude. Worst of all, I was the only non-Spanish speaking patient at the time and they had the audacity to ask about my ethnicity 3 times.
