They cashed my check for 3 empress trees in early March...no product, no contact, no webite anymore...you probably heard it all by now. I was VERY CONCERNED when I hit this website. I was successful contacting them thru their bank, which processed my check (Shoreline Bank, Hartford, MI). It seems they are a very small company and cannot handle the nationwide order volume, so complaints are from a small percentage of total requests(including me!).
