The therapists at Decisions are fantastic--this is not about them. The management, however, is not good. While I was there, I heard the supervisor, Gene (or Jean) on the phone MOCKING me to my insurance company, while other patients walked past and heard it all too. She was describing my case history with comments like, "How dumb can you be?" and "We've got a lot of miles out of this one!"
