Finally gave up. I ordered a product on January 1st. Their website claims the product will be shipped in less than five business days. Two weeks passed, and nothing had arrived. Sent numerous e-mails and got same response...they said it was in transit. I tried to call their "customer service" line, got voice mail. Left a message, never got a call back. It's now January 27 and I have nothing. I would advise anyone considering buying from this "company" to go elsewhere. read full review »
