I purchased a computer from PowersellerNYC and purchased a three year warranty with it. PowersellersNYC is saying that I did not register the computer. I did not recieve any registration documents when I purchased the computer. I thought that when I purchased the computer that they registered it. Now PowersellerNYC will not give me my money back or fix my computer under the warranty. Is there anyone else who experienced this type of treatment by PowersellersNYC, let me know.
