All I can say is WOW. Every time I have to deal with this bank I want to pull my hair out. I will not go into detail because I'd have to write a book! They DO NOT CARE about their customers. If I said that they were unorganized, I'd be giving them a compliment. I've had so many errors with this bank it makes me sick. I went to Byron Bank and it was like a breath of fresh air!
