We have been trying for nearly 4 months to get A & E our "official" factory repair company to fix 2 ignitors on our range. They can't seem to get the right part, and even if they did, they would only send one instead of the 2 that are needed. I keep getting assured that they have them right this time, but to no avail. One would think that a range that cost over $5, 000 and 3 years old, could have the parts available. read full review »
