My wife and I purchased a new Whirlpool washer and dryer at Best buy and paid for an extended service policy for three years. We were told that the set we purchased was the last set and that the dryer was an electric dryer. We needed to have a gas dryer. The salesman then told us that for an additional thirty dollars, they could convert the dryer to gas. O.K., no problem, I am oblivious as to the workings of a dryer.
