I don't know what this company is doing to its electric customers...but somehting needs to be done about it. I live in a very small house and this month was the highest bill I have ever had. Nothing has changed about my electric usage either, but they claim it is double its normal. There is nothing they will do about it either...their answer to me was "sorry about your luck!"
