These people said they guarantee their products with 100% satisfaction guarantee, and when I returned their facial cleansers because it burned my face they said I would get a full refund. That was in August 2008 and it is now January 2009! I was patient and understanding when trying to get information from them at first and now I am PISSED OFF!!!
