I was talked into this Clear Breeze helping to lower interest rates and cut down on my credit card bills they never did anything I went to the credit cart company Citi and they did not do anything since I didn't have a credit slip they couldn't or wouldn't help me to get this off the credit card and I am still paying this it was charged in Oct. 2008 and I am still paying it today Jan 29, 2010 with no help from the credit cards company I have a phone number but the company wouldn't listen to me either what a way to go. I purchased coffee from urban coffeedirect.com I thought I was ordering it from Seattles Best Coffee I was supposed to be a $5. one time charge and I would be able to cancel I was charged $39.70 twice on my credit card even thou I had canceled it on 9/22/09 anbd 9/28/09 I had hardly received more coffee and I returned this two shippements to the company in Oct and still no credit what can I do next I have made 3 phone calls to them and only an answering machine answers and they never call back. read full review »

I told them that I had orginally signed up over the phone with a company to help reduce debt at the time my brother was very sick with cancer and than he died I told them I wanted to cancel this program where they talk with creditors and help reduce the debt will in the mean time my brother died and I was very distraut and when I realized what I had done and that I could do it myself if I tried they said no to cancel the program I am still paying for it not only did they not help me to get this cancelled but they also uped my interest rate... read full review »
