I had a horrible experience with Stub Hub . I bought 7 tickets for the Cotton Bowl on 12-7. THey said they would ship on 12-28. This concerned me because it was a Sunday - hello? Who ships on Sunday. They said, "Don't worry, you have the Stub Hub guarantee!" If I ever hear that one more time in my life I will throw up! On all the times I called trying to call and find out where the ###@@@!!! my tickets were, they told me this.
