I purchased an external hard drive from buy.com a little over a year and ahalf ago, along with a two year extended replacement warranty (in this case a buy.com gift card. I am having trouble with the drive and initally contacted them on 12/18 about either replacing or reimbursing me under the terms of the warranty. They indicated that they would be sending the labels to return the product within 3 buisness days.
