I have been trying to have our Bladez Treadmill serviced and cannot get anyone on the phone through UTS ( they are the ones who hold the extended warrenty contract). They have awful phone service and awful customer service. I have even the service tech calling for me to have a part shipped by UTS out to us. Please know that the extended warrenty through this company is a joke and a waste of money. read full review »
