I have ordered a Garmin Nuvi Gps and received a defect item. I have spent many days calling TVsDepot to request an exchange but they refused to pay for return shipping but told me to either contact the Garmin company or UPS shipping company for a complain, isn't that ridiculous? After many attempts and efforts to contact them in order to resolve the issue, it was no success and I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. So bottom line, NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS TVsDepot IF YOU DON'T WANT TO CREATE YOUR OWN PROBLEM. read full review »
