Unprofessional, unprepared, over sold and under delivered only begins to sum up our experience with DMR. We had simple requests when signing the contract, caller ID, AA, VM, call reporting and customer service. They failed to deliver on all of these requirements. On top of that they have unreliable service! The T1 circuit would be down for the majority of the day for the first 3 weeks after install forcing us to sit and twiddle our thumbs while they worked on the circuit again.
