We called Directv just for a change from the provider we we're using. We ask how many boxes would be installed, would the DVR work for 2 rooms would one box work for 2 rooms and so forth as we didn't want boxes in all the rooms, they told us yes. We assumed the service would function the same as the other providers did and Directv would be cheaper. We ask if we could cancel if we weren't satisfied, they told us yes, as long it was within 30 days we wouldn't be charged anything. So the guy came to install it and right away I... read full review »
