I have been trying since Dec. to get this thing taken care of. This is the second time I have wrote to you. I have called many times, three of which I talked to someone. I have left my number many times, and no one calles back. I have two charges of 79.00 to my account . I did, nt order this I need my money put back in my account. In Dec. I found two charges of 79.00 from the co. They had sent me two orders of the coffee with a mug. I called them and they told me that thier comp. had crashed and it sent orders to everone. They told me to just keep it and they would be putting my money back within a week, . That was the first week of Dec. I have talked to them 3 more times and still nothing .
