WOW.. I am shocked at how poor Sears repair service is. I have been waiting over a month to get my washing machine fixed. I have had 5 appointments.. The first guy didn't know what he was doing and ordered the wrong part. I called Sears and let them know they sent the wrong part. They told me I wasn't qualified to make that decision. OK! So I had to schedule another appointment for them to come out and install this part. (Knowing it was wrong) So I took off work and waited, and waited.. 5 hours no call no show.
