Around Oct. 12th, 2009 I ordered a online business CD. It was supposed to be for free with just a $1.97 S&H fee. My debit card was charged the $1.97 and also .04 cent foriegn atm fee. I started getting calls from blocked number about training and I hadn't even gotten the disk yet. I told them I was only interested in the disk and did not want anything else at this time.
