What in the hell is this so called place of business that they do not honor what they say they will. I was told around Christmas of 2009 that a check for 64.50 would be mailed to me in approximately 14 days, well here it is January 28 2010 and still no check to me but they were not shy of taking out 65.00 out of my account today cheap bastards. I tried to call them and all you get is a recording that tells you to wait for next customer service rep.
