Blizzard Fence company came to give us an estimate. I thought their price was a little high, so the salesman offers a$500 Grocery Rebate. We were sceptical, but came to an agreement. The fence was installed and the paperwork followed. Plus there was a $9.95 registration fee which was supposed to be returned with the first rebate. Well No Rebates were received and the owner refuses to make any kind of restitution. He says "well you'll just have to take me to court". (nice guy huh?) Don't do business with them they are liars and cheats and don't care about anyone but themselves. read full review »
