It has been over 1 1/2 that I applied for a home loan modication with Wells Fargo as I am suffering a hardship in Arizona. The one and only offer I received 1 day ago is to extend the length of my loan by an additional 10 years - how is this a help as this only increases my debt and puts more $$ in their pocket! Does anyone have a name and number for an affordable attorney?
