I ordered and canceled before 9:45am. They shipped it anyway, 10 hours later. Because the item shipped I need to initiate a return, which means I have to pay for shipping. The product is 45lbs. You do the math. Easily enough time to cancel. Their claim was that the cancellation process has several steps. I guess it takes more than 10hrs? Why even have the process? Clearly the process cannot perform quickly enough to be effective. read full review »
