M.E.R. Professional Air Duct Cleaning is a scam!!! They print a $79.00 coupon in Ad Pages, come out, tell you they've found mold and construction dust in your vents and heating unit; Point out rust on the heater coils, which I later found out was very normal and expected when condensation forms on Texas homes. The ad says they use a video camera to inspect the vents--didn't happen. The supervisors says they will disconnect the vents, remove them and clean the entire length--didn't happen.
