I have been a T-mobile customer for 12 years (voicestream). Recently I wanted to upgrade my phone to a newer Samsung so called phone upgrade. I found what I wanted online called in to get the phone. Online it was free for a NEW CUSTOMER, but because I was an OLD CUSTOMER I had to pay 199.00 for the same phone. I couldn't believe what I was hearing a loyalty customer is getting thrown under the bus. I asked to talk to the supervisor same thing.
