I received a letter from this company stating that they were notifying me of a bill I had not paid. When I stated that I did not have any such bill, the rep rudely told me that no one had to send me a bill. I asked when the bill was from and she stated 2006. She repeatedly and rudely insisted that I owe the bill. I advised her that I dispute the validity of the bill. She stated that she was going to note on the acct that I refuse to pay.
