Xoom has horrible customer-service. They are unreliable. They charge high service fees and hide most of it with terrible foreign currency conversion rates. More importantly, when they have problems, they blame other parties in the transaction (Paypal). Then, their customer service representatives misrepresent the truth, and fail to deliver what they promise. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. You will regret it. read full review »
