MetLife Dental
I have two dental plans with Metlife through my company(primary) and the company I retired from(secondary). I called and explained to Metlife from day one that I had two different MetLife dentals. Gave them all of the information, group numbers etc. They have never got it yet. They have billed me for overpayment and billed my dentist office for overpayment and they threaten to cut them off of future dental claims. They are morons!!! They need to hire people who know what they are doing. You can't even speak with a supervisor. Who do you complain to? read full review »
