Hello My name is Donald Powers and I currently have a builder that is marking construction projects up 100% over what I should be paying for the work. At this time I can not stop him, because he has drained over $280, 000 from our construction account. We have nothing left in our account so I am going to have to get another loan for $70, 000 to finish my home, where the $280, 000 should have been more then enough to finish the house.
